Pricing FAQ

Do prices include design?

Standard products use your provided text — no design fee. Custom fabrication orders include one proof revision in the base price. Additional revisions are $25 each.

Is shipping included in the price?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. Orders over $200 ship free within the continental US.

What's the minimum order quantity?

We accept single-unit orders on all standard products. There's no minimum for ADA signs, nameplates, or door signs. Custom fabrication jobs typically require a minimum of 5 units.

How fast can you turn around an order?

Standard in-stock products ship within 3–5 business days. Custom and fabricated orders typically take 7–14 business days from proof approval. Rush production is available — contact us for availability and pricing.

Do you offer ADA compliance certification?

All ADA signs are manufactured to meet ADA Standards for Accessible Design (2010). We can provide documentation confirming compliance with Section 703 (signs) specifications including mounting heights, Grade 2 Braille, and non-glare finish requirements.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe. Purchase orders and NET30 terms are available for verified businesses — contact us to apply.

What's your return policy?

Custom-fabricated and personalized signs are non-returnable once approved. If we made an error on your order, we'll re-make it at no charge. Standard stock items can be returned within 30 days in original condition.
